In short
- Booking a slot on the website is a request. The clinic confirms it.
- Paying online gives you priority in the queue, but emergency patients are always seen first.
- You are responsible for giving your correct name, mobile number and health information.
- In an emergency, don't wait for the website or a video consultation — call us right away or go to a hospital.
01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms govern your use of the Hari Om Clinic website (hariomclinic.com) and the services booked through it. By using the website or booking an appointment you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
02Our services
Hari Om Clinic offers outpatient consultations, surgical consultations, minor procedures and video consultations by registered medical practitioners. Surgeries and admissions are planned separately after an in-person examination and are not booked through this website.
03Booking appointments
- Slots shown online depend on the doctor's schedule and may change because of emergencies, surgeries or leave.
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation on screen or on WhatsApp.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot with any previous reports and prescriptions.
- If you are late, you may be seen after other patients or asked to rebook.
- If the clinic has to cancel or move your appointment, we will inform you and offer another slot or a full refund.
04Queue and priority
Patients who pay online are placed ahead of unpaid bookings in the same session. Medical emergencies, trauma cases and patients the doctor considers urgent are always seen first, regardless of payment or booking order.
05Fees and payments
- Consultation fees are shown when you book and may differ by doctor and appointment type.
- Fees for procedures, tests, medicines and surgery are separate and will be explained before they are done.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. A receipt is issued for every successful payment and can be verified with its QR code.
- Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
06Video consultations
Video consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Please read the Telemedicine Consent before booking one. The doctor may ask you to visit the clinic if a physical examination is needed.
07Your responsibilities
- Give your correct name, age, mobile number and complete medical history, including allergies and current medicines.
- Follow the treatment advice, and tell the doctor if your condition changes.
- Treat doctors and staff with respect. The clinic may refuse service for abusive or violent behaviour.
- Do not book slots you do not intend to use.
08Accounts and login
If you create a patient account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
